Shadow Chart provides astrology-inspired and psychologically oriented digital readings based on birth data supplied by the user. Our content is designed for self-reflection, personal insight, and entertainment. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account or purchasing a digital product. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Birth Data and User Inputs
You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth date, birth time, birthplace, name, and email address you submit. Incorrect birth details may affect the generated reading and report.
4. Paid Digital Products
Shadow Chart may offer paid digital products, including the 9-point interpretation and the complete birth chart report. Prices are displayed before checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record and payment provider.
5. Delivery
Digital products may be delivered inside your personal account, by email, as a downloadable PDF, or through another digital delivery method shown at checkout or in your account.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the site, interfere with payment systems, or use Shadow Chart for unlawful activity.
7. Intellectual Property
The Shadow Chart website, design, text, report structure, generated templates, branding, and related materials are owned by Shadow Chart or its licensors. You may use purchased reports for personal use, but you may not resell, copy, or redistribute the service as your own product.
